On Account Payments in Dynamics 365 Retail Call Center and POS

This video covers the use of on-account payment method in two types of retail channels in Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations. First we will use it for sales orders created through call center and then sales at POS terminal. We will explain how “on account” checkbox on customer form works and how to protect on-account payment method on POS screen.
